There are times in life when we are faced with emotional pain that makes it difficult to move forward. Esanju considers it an honour to walk alongside those who want to get unstuck and recalibrate on the road to wellness. She believes that counselling is a mutual process. Establishing an atmosphere where you feel heard, respected and acquire a sense of hope is at the core of her practice. She works from a strengths-based, evidence-informed therapeutic model.
