C-Suite Men - Growth Through discovery therapeutic support

Men performing at the C-Suite level are often required to grapple with a whole host of misconceptions about their lifestyles, emotions, and mental health.

A number of recurring themes emerge in working with high-performing men:

  1. They must repeatedly face the misperception that men at the C-suite level are always thriving and content in their lives, which ignores the harsh reality that their work can be incredibly stressful, all-consuming, and pose challenges to significant relationships and as parents.

  2. They want to excel but feel stuck and isolated when managing teams and shouldering significant responsibility. Frequently, they feel they are on the path to burnout or already experiencing burnout.

  3. They have found their affluence and impressive title have not been helpful in stepping into their strengths or get ‘unstuck.’

  4. They would like to connect with other men who are experiencing similar stresses.

If you relate to this and are interested in participating in a four-month counselling group starting in March 2024, please book an introductory exploration call with me. The group will consist of no more than six men which will allow for non-negotiable confidentiality, authenticity, empowerment, and practical suggestions for personal growth and greater mental well-being.

Affluent Bipoc woMen - begin to flourish therapeutic support

Women of colour already face significant challenges in society, and even more so when they are affluent. Current statistics indicate that regardless of financial wealth, systemically, BIPOC women encounter more barriers than their non-BIPOC peers. This can lead to many women of colour feeling isolated, lonely, and without a proper support network.

In my work with many of these women, a few recurring themes have emerged:

  1. There are very few women of colour who hold significant wealth and even fewer who openly speak about it. This can be very isolating. Very frequently it can still feel like gaining acceptance in affluent communities is incredibly challenging, if not impossible.

  2. There can be internal feelings of polarization when one did not grow up with significant wealth and it is easy to feel like one belongs in neither world. One community expects loyalty and may be judgmental. The other might struggle to navigate interacting with multiracial or multicultural backgrounds.

  3. Many feel exhausted and frustrated that in takes so much longer to positive outcomes of their efforts in work and in the community.

  4. They would like to connect with other women who have similar experiences.

However, being able to put some of these thoughts and feelings into words in a confidential, supportive space can make all the difference. Within a group of up to six women, you will have the chance to allow your voice to be heard, receive encouragement, and discuss healthy ways of coping and moving forward with a clearer, healthier mindset. In April 2024, this virtual group will meet over 8 weeks together.

If this resonates with you and you are interested in joining other like-minded women, please book an introductory exploration call with me.
